Faly began playing soccer at a young age with Evian Thonon Gaillard FC. At 10, he was selected to join the Strasbourg FC Training Center as a full-time player. Two years later, he earned a spot on the U17 French National Team and made his professional debut with Strasbourg FC.
After recovering from a significant knee injury, Faly continued his soccer journey across Europe, playing in Germany, Switzerland, and England. He was selected to train with Crystal Palace, but a subsequent injury ended his professional playing career.
Passionate about the game, Faly transitioned to coaching, a role he has embraced ever since. He spent three years coaching at Duet Academy in London before moving to Vancouver in 2008 to start his own academy.

Ange Bourangon began playing soccer at the age of 7 with US Annemasse in France. He continued his development at Evian Thonon Gaillard FC (2nd division) and played at the Honor League level in France from U13 to U17. At 20, he played a few matches with their semi-professional team before moving to Switzerland, where he played for FC Cologny (6 months) and Puplinge FC (2 years) in the 2nd league internationally.
In 2006, prior to moving to Canada to join Faly Academy, Ange coached and trained in England for 2 years at Sporting Duet Academy. He is now deeply involved in player development for the Travel and Elite team programs, sharing his extensive knowledge of the game and pushing players to reach new levels. His dedication sets a high standard, helping each child achieve their individual goals.
Ange attended the University of Savoie, Annecy and the University of Pierre Mendes, France.

Freddy began playing football at age 7 with the Picardy Football League in Amiens, France. He played at a high level until age 18, then spent three seasons with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) DH team in the Ligue de Paris Ile-de-France. After an injury, he joined US Villejuif for one season, followed by a season with the Guadeloupe Football Team, before returning to Vitry-sur-Seine, where he played until June 2019.
Freddy began coaching early, training players at SC Saint between ages 16 and 18, then coached privately until 25. At 28, he returned to club coaching at ES Vitry, overseeing U10, U11, U15, and a U16 women’s team for multiple seasons. He later joined CFFP (Paris Football Training Center), coaching the U10 age group and developing specialized offensive sessions for U14 to U17.
In the 2019/2020 season, Freddy joined Faly Academy as the U11 Coach and Assistant Coach for other age groups, including U17 and U21 Elite teams.

Kais began playing soccer at age 7. At 13, he joined the U13 team of Sfax Railway Sport, one of Tunisia’s top player development clubs, where he played as an attacking midfielder. After leaving the semi-professional youth team at age 20, he focused on coaching and his university studies.
In September 2014, shortly after moving to Canada, Kais joined Faly Academy as a head coach. Since then, he has been instrumental in developing young players, focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, and fostering a love for the game. Kais emphasizes creative play, decision-making, and teamwork, helping each player reach their full potential while enjoying the process.
Kais also believes in building strong relationships with his players and their families, creating an environment where players feel supported, challenged, and inspired. His dedication, energy, and experience make him a valued mentor at the academy.

Ibrahima Basse began playing football at an early age with Evian Thonon Gaillard FC in the French second league, where he played as a striker throughout his youth career. At 18, he was scouted and trained with FC Servette in Geneva, Switzerland. At 22, he began coaching in London alongside his older brother, Faly Basse, before moving to Vancouver and joining Faly Academy in 2014.
Ibou focuses primarily on our youngest players, dedicating his time to developing strong technical foundations and instilling a love for the game. He emphasizes ball control, decision-making, and spatial awareness, ensuring that players build the skills necessary to succeed at every level.
Passionate and approachable, Ibou fosters a positive and supportive environment where young players feel confident to take risks, experiment, and grow. His coaching style balances discipline and fun, helping children develop not only as players but also as individuals who understand teamwork, sportsmanship, and commitment.
